An amazing performance at the second round of the WSK

All through practice and qualifying Laura was setting some of the quickest lap times amongst the best kart racers in the world. In qualifying she made grid 7 which put her into Superpole for the top 12 drivers.

After three excellent heats Laura put her kart on grid three for the pre final. She then comfortably came 4th chasing 3rd place Sauro Cesetti and pulling away from the rest of the pack. Starting on Grid 4 for the second race hopes were high but unfortunately her engine suddenly misfired over the start line, cutting out and causing a false start, she managed to catch it and restart but as they rounded the last corner but one, the engine spluttered and died.
